It was a powerful slate of cards that played well together

The protection is odd and strong, basicallly none of the regualar instant and sorcery speed removal spells can target it, enchantments like O-rings can't target Emrakul, and haste creatures certainly can't damage it, so the main response to be concerned about is removal that doesn't target like a board wipe or edict

That can be done to help whoevers behind, to break key synergies, make players exchange commanders, and so on

Drawing up my game plan, I want to swarm the board with as many creatures as I can and hopefully the army Im creating will also inconvenience my opponents and prevent them from stopping me
