As far as their aesthetic, Prism Star cards had black borders, a silver border under the Pokmon's illustration box, and a huge, holographic Prism Star symbol on the text box

Then you can place that casted thing on the bottom of your library to draw again next turn

This gives you time to summon some powerful cards from your deck

Mega Pinsir, for example, can be played directly as a Basic Pokmon card, and Mega Blaziken is evolved atop a Combusken

"GB Rytiano" is another powerful no-fusion GB that I created thinking about giving consistency to the deck and not depending so much on its fusions
