Members and their guests are prohibited from taking or recording any Images in the Club House except in accordance with guidelines specified by the House Committee from time to time and otherwise as follows: (i) in guest rooms, (ii) at private events in accordance with a contract approved by the House Chair or General Manager specifying the authorization of, and limitations on, the taking or recording of Images at such event and the Publication of such Images, (iii) by a person authorized to take or record Images in the Club House by the House Chair or General Manager, and (iv) still pictures (and not moving pictures) at Club sponsored events that are designated by the House Committee as Photo Authorized but only in the specific Club venue where the Photo Authorized event is held
