The backstamp is from 1903, marked The Paragon China. I have other pieces in this pattern (including a large creamer and sugar bowl, cups and saucers) that are in excellent condition. Measurements: 6. 25 inches high x 6. 5 inches wide (handle to spout). Beautiful gold detailing is intact.
