These giant poppies are seemingly in everyones gardens in June. I must admit that they looked utterly gorgeous with their lush centres, as I was walking past a road lined with them in Southampton. As it was a sunny day, I took a few photos on my phone. You may not believe this, but the petals took many hours to paint!! And many layers of paint to achieve this look! The background was an equally enjoyable
